We pride ourselves on the high-quality English lessons we provide to over 200 students at three locations in Kagawa. In addition, our EFL/ESL resources (BINGOBONGO Learning) are used by over 40,000 educators and institutions around the world for two simple reasons: they are incredibly effective, and students love them.
Our team is made up of dedicated and passionate education professionals from a wide array of backgrounds. We encourage all of our team members to give feedback and ideas in all aspects of our curriculum development process and lesson plans. We also believe that the most effective way to be excellent educators is to be excellent learners ourselves. In addition, every fourth lesson is a “special lesson” where students get to practice using English as they make crafts or do activities (coloring Easter eggs, making slime, having an in-class Halloween party, etc.)
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Teach energetic English lessons to students in small groups or one-on-one primarily ranging from 1 – 12 years old
Follow weekly lesson plan outlines to teach lessons that are exciting and motivating for students
Participate in promotional events in our schools or at locations around the city to promote and market our English program (hourly wage is paid)
Give feedback and ideas for improving lesson plans, curriculum materials, and overall quality of English lessons
Future Duties and Responsibilities
This position can lead to a full-time position with more responsibilities in management, marketing, or curriculum/resource development
Friendly and passionate about teaching children
Native-level English fluency required
Must currently reside in Japan and hold a working visa
